Villa Bahce ("Garden Villa") and Villa Selim ("Wonderful Villa") are both located in
small exclusive developments on the hills near the village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula
overlooking the intersection of the Aegean & Mediterranean Seas.    

Villa Selim and Villa Bahce are fully air-conditioned and heated, and both have mosquito nets on all
windows.  Both villas see the sunrise and is cool in the hot afternoon sun.  Perfect for relaxing
on the terrace and enjoying peaceful sea view.

Villa Bahce

Villa Bahce offers superb outdoor living space.  French doors in the living room open up to
a Mediterranean style courtyard garden.  Perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee
relaxing in comfortable wicker furniture.  If you don't feel like sitting around the pool, two
comfortable sun loungers are perfect to lay back, read a book, and laze the day away.

The large private garden is fully landscaped with rock surfaces and soothing lighting to enjoy
the evenings outdoors.  Barbeque facilities are provided for those who enjoy preparing a summer
cook out.  The outdoor dining table overlooking the garden comfortably seats 6 to 8 people.  For
most guests, the dining terrace quickly becomes the chosen gathering spot.

The unique design of Villa Bahce's arched roof and ottoman window box styling is only the
beginning. The interior was designed with careful attention to detail and luxury. This villa is
more than you would expect from a rental property.  Highlights include: luxurious travertine
stone in the bathrooms, custom designed furniture throughout the house, comfortable
lighting, large kitchen with breakfast table, and a hand cut travertine stone wood-burning
fireplace.

The Turkish clay pots and colorful plants create perfect courtyard garden.  This villa was
designed with the intent of blending indoors and outdoors for the discerning traveler who
loves the comfort of a garden and the beauty of the sea.

Villa Selim

Villa Selim can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.  This villa has three bedrooms, fire place, full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs, and mosquito nets on all windows.  Villa Selim offers telephone services conveniently located in the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room. Villa Selim has a courtyard garden as well as terraced gardens, a wood-burning fire place, laundry room with new washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, and refrigerator. Pathways from the villas lead down to the swimming pool, overlooking the Aegean Sea.

This villa is tastefully furnished and comfortably equipped.   In the living room, the TV has a
built-in DVD/CD player with hundreds of satellite channels from around the world. The villa has
various DVDs for kids to watch cartoons and movies.  Or bring your own DVDs, and enjoy
watching your movies, while watching the wind surfers, and sailing boats from the dining terrace
or living room windows. 

Villa Selim also provides free of charge telephone service to make local calls,
or receive calls from your friends and family during your stay at Villa Selim.  If you plan on
making long distance or international telephone calls, we will be happy to assist you in making
the arrangements prior to your departure. The sun terrace offers two sun beds, and a
wonderful view of the sea and mountain behind the villa.  The courtyard garden is the
perfect place to barbeque (BBQ) or spend the morning with a cup of tea and a good book.
 

The outdoor dining terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. 
The huge boulder located on the left side of the terrace separates the neighboring house and
provides a private natural atmosphere. From the dining terrace, there is an unobstructed
view of the Rabbit Island and the Aegean Sea.

Online Booking Request and Payments Options We are pleased to offer a fully automated booking and payment process. You can check our availability from the calendars below, make a booking enquiry or an instant booking. The terms and conditions agreement outlines many important aspects of booking Villa Selim and Villa Bahce. This document will be sent to you at the time of contacting us about availability. The calendar offers a real-time functionality so is always up to date. This means you do not need to check with us by e-mail or phone first if the dates are still available. We offer two payment options: CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD (ATM) PAYMENTS Once a booking is received, we will confirm it by e-mail, and you will be asked to pay a 20 GBP reservation fee. If you still want to go ahead with the booking you will be asked to pay a 25% deposit for your holiday within 10 days from booking. The remainder of the balance is due 12 weeks (84 days) prior to your arrival. If you pay by credit card, the credit card company will charge you an additional 2% transaction fee.  If you pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for all wire transfer charges.  Please check with your bank to make sure that the agreed upon amount is not reduced due bank transfer fees. Therefore, if the amount received by us is less than the quoted amount, the difference will be deducted from the breakage deposit returned to you after your holiday. Flights

Our nearest airport is the International Bodrum-Milas (BJV) airport, which is about 45 minutes
by car.  We would be pleased to check on flight prices and availability for you. 

Another nearby airport is the Izmir International Airport (ADB) approx. 3 hours by driving or the Dalaman Airport (ATM) (approx. 3 hours by driving). 

If you are interested in visiting Istanbul, you can always take a domestic flight from Istanbul Ataturk International
Airport (IST) to Bodrum - Milas International Airport (BJV). The flight time is approx. 50 minutes.

Car Rental

Most of our guests decide to rent a car. If you would like one, we can arrange to have it
delivered to your villa or the airport.  We work with a local car company and get the best and
lowest rates for your needs. Both villas have plenty of parking spaces at the same approximate
level of the villas. This makes it easy to carry your groceries etc from the car to either villa.
We believe that you will find more freedom to explore the area by renting a car, and therefore
we recommend it.  The local car company we have arrangements with charge the following rates:

22 GBP per day in July and August, and
20 GBP per day in May, June, September and October

Minimum car hire is 7 days, and the car can either be delivered to the villa or to the airport
free of charge. If car hire is less than 7 days, either you can pick up the car at their office at
no charge, or pay 20 GBP each way for delivery and return of the car. You will pay the local
car company when you pick up your car either by cash or credit card.

If you decide not to rent a car, you can use the public transportation, also known as the Dolmus
"minibus service" or call for a local taxi driver.  Both villas are conveniently located on the main
road, as the route for Dolmus departs in the front of the villas on the main road. The Dolmus
service operates between the hours of 7am until 11pm every two hours, and every hour on
Wednesdays due to the farmers' market (fresh organic vegetables and fruits) in the village
of Gundogan.

Airport Transfers

We will happily arrange transportation services to and from the airport by a local private driver. 
Prices vary according to the size of your party, and time of arrival and departure. The local
airport transfer fees are: 30 GBP up to 4 people, and 45 GBP for 5 and up to 9 people.  The fees are paid
to the driver when services are rendered.  If you are coming from Izmir International Airport or
Dalaman Airport, the rate is 80 GBP for up to 4 people, and 123 GBP for 5 and up to 9 people.
The rates include all applicable taxes (VAT), gas, and the driver. All prices are in GBP and
are one way. Other currencies are acceptable at the relevant exchange rate.
Do let us know in advance how you wish to pay. You will pay directly to the driver.
